Management and Construction of Composite Boats, Structures and Components

Since 1991 Brandon has been professionally constructing composite boats, structures and components, equating to 35 years of boat building experience in all facets of composite race yacht construction, from facility set up, test models to the realisation of the finished product.
Having worked with many world recognised designers and engineers, Brandon has successfully completed many high profile projects. This experience allows Brandon to deliver a designers and owners request for build innovation, performance and reliability, whilst always recognising the need for quality, functionality and light weight.
American Magic- Management and construction of 3x 75ft foiling monohulls and 1x 38ft foiling monohull test boat 'The Mule', for American Magic's Challenge for the 36th and 37th editions of the America's Cup 2021.

Artemis Racing- .Management and construction of AC50 'Magic Blue' for Artemis Racing's challenge in the 35th edition of the America’s Cup 2017. Brandon's role as build manager responsible for the construction of Artemis’ America’s Cup yacht included coordination of construction in both Saltsjobaden Sweden and Alameda USA.
Comanche 100- Management and construction of the Verdier/VPLP designed Comanche 100 foot maxi yacht. Contracted by Ken Read on behalf of Jim Clarke to manage the build of this yacht, Brandon was ultimately responsible for construction, scheduling, management and assembly of a construction workforce.
Volvo Ocean Race Yachts- Management and Construction of two Volvo Open 70 yachts Mar Mostro designed by Yuan Kouyoumdjian and Il Mostro designed by Botin/Carkeek for ‘Puma Ocean Racing’s 2008-2009 and 2011-2012 Volvo Ocean races.
America’s Cup- Brandon has been involved in the construction of 13 America’s Cup Class yachts to date.
Amongst many other projects Brandon has also been involved in the construction of over a dozen grand prix racing yachts.
